Hi Malachy:
Again this is from CANADA, and I have had bit of a chance now to check out your net; looks good! The people in your club look like they have put in a lot of work to your net; and its impressive.
However, I notice there is a small note for you and that is you are not the "boss" you are the "Chairman"...smile!
Another little small point...to be truly politically correct "chairman" is a sexist term........it should read "Chairperson". This allows your fine women a chance as well to run for the "boss" position"
Hope you enjoyed this, again congratulation, best wishes to your members...sincerely: Clayton Donoghue (Address) Clayton28@hotmail.com |

Hi: This message is for one of your member's-(st) Malachy-
Please let him know I made it at last onto you web site. From here on in...if it is Okay...I will be monitoring it regularly.
This message is coming from CANADA and over here the GAA has many followers. It came as bit of a surprise Galway won this season. I believe Kerry was the super team, promising to win "Again" Anyways, congratulations to to the winners.
I'm sure Malachy will now START telling me a little bit about this club and how it fairs against others in your league

A chara, As a Silverbridge man, I must say it broke our hearts having to put you into Division One for the first time in 30 years. We have always had a great relationship with Maghery and have had an end of league 'understanding' for many years which has been mutually beneficial to both clubs. Hopefully, the new league set-up which is presently being discussed will ensure you remain in the top flight. I enjoyed the piece on Marty Toye. As a former county colleague and friend, I was delighted to see that his talents and inspirational leadership have been recognised in his own club. I have many stories about him which I may relate sometime on the net, but tell him if you see him that the county team are missing him and hope to see him soon.
Is mise le meas, Jarlath Burns
P.S.- I intend Silverbridge to be the second club to go online, but at present I haven't a clue how to do it!!! |

Hi from Boston, I hope your championship woe's this year are not the fault of "wee" Seamus McConville. God love him he tries. Since he left the Mayo team in Boston they still haven't been the same, if you know what I mean. Hopefully a Mackle could win the Lotto soon, maybe you can hook them up. Great website, good luck next year, hello to all the McConville's, Up Mayo and Slan Leat, Eileen(nee Mackle) and Martin Fitzpatrick. |

Well done on an excellant website. Having talked to a few Maghery partizans, I heard there's a possibility that your club will not be relegated for the first time its history. If you are not God help Belfast as the Rafferty sisters will celebrate in fine style. I play for Wolfe Tones Bellaghy and we are looking forward to Sunday's Ulster Club semi final on Sunday. I have a bet on with Kevin Rafferty on who the possible winners of the championship will be. Well done again on your brillant effort.

Well, Kevin. Maghery are not going so well as you predicted. Maybe you should replace M. Toye on the team and become a one man scoring machine !!! Well done , the page is excellent ( even if it keeps rejecting my messages .) Enda. |
